They possess outstanding organizational and communication competencies across many different mediums, understand the iterative nature of the design process, and manage successful outcomes while managing the fiscal, logistical, and time constraints of a project.The Design Producer role is vital to the success of the Design Innovation group. They take ownership of a project and hold themselves accountable for any task assigned until it is completed. They support the Design Innovation team by coordinating various operational parts of the group and its projects.Successful Design Producers are responsible for maintaining and evolving best practices to ensure efficient workflow across teams, with the authority to drive teams towards enterprise expectations and results. They bear the responsibility for leveraging Design resources while identifying solutions that will set our brand apart from competitors as a true leader in the Live Brand Experience space.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Design Innovation team by developing and designing presentations, creating assets, image research, drafting copy, proofreading and performing content edits as needed.Keep the Design Innovation team informed on the current status of all projects in progress.Responsible for creating and driving project milestones, timelines, and project plans across various groups.Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and share creative solutions.Work alongside the Creative lead to support the vision of projects and effectively communicate that vision.Help find ways to organize, facilitate and improve general processes.Manage the timing and quality of internal and external deliverables during the design and project planning processMonitor services and activities to ensure they are within budget.Facilitate and monitor communication between Freeman departments.Develop an engagement strategy and work with the team and discipline leads involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account success.Strive to innovate process and procedures which improve project success, efficiency and all the while reducing costs.Schedule and lead internal Freeman meetings as well as external, client facing meetings as required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Related degree from a four-year accredited college or university.3 to 6 years experience in the brand experience industry specializing in creative & strategy, multi-dimensional design and program development and execution for Fortune 500 clientsHas experience leading creative teams.Ability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize requests from multiple team membersFast-learner with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience with various projects types, including live event, consumer marketing, web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.Must have strong presentation, verbal and written skills.Must have the ability to think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible resultsExcellent problem solving and challenge resolution skills.Diplomacy & tact in challenging situations and in dealing with many personality types and working styles.Proven leadership, team-building, and customer service skills.Advanced software skills in all MS Office programs including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
